El estudio argumenta que la relaci{\'o}n entre {\'e}tica y eficiencia rompe con el paradigma del concepto tradicional del liderazgo efectivo basado en el inter{\'e}s individual y el comportamiento autoritario, y promete convertirse en el nuevo paradigma de las organizaciones sociales exitosas, tales como empresas, ONGs, instituciones educativas y equipos deportivos. ------------------ This project aims to demonstrate the existence of a causal and necessary relationship between ethical behavior and the collective efficiency of human beings.
