        abstract = {El presente proyecto pretende mostrar que existe una relaci{\'o}n causal y necesaria entre el comportamiento {\'e}tico y la eficiencia colectiva del ser humano. Plantea que la {\'e}tica no es un simple constructo social, sino parte esencial de la naturaleza humana, y que dicha {\'e}tica est{\'a} vinculada con formas de organizaci{\'o}n social que garantizan la eficiencia en el logro de objetivos colectivos. El estudio argumenta que la relaci{\'o}n entre {\'e}tica y eficiencia rompe con el paradigma del concepto tradicional del liderazgo efectivo basado en el inter{\'e}s individual y el comportamiento autoritario, y promete convertirse en el nuevo paradigma de las organizaciones sociales exitosas, tales como empresas, ONGs, instituciones educativas y equipos deportivos.

This project aims to demonstrate the existence of a causal and necessary relationship between ethical behavior and the collective efficiency of human beings. It posits that ethics is not merely a social construct but an essential part of human nature, and that such ethics are linked to forms of social organization that ensure efficiency in achieving collective goals. The study argues that the relationship between ethics and efficiency challenges the traditional paradigm of effective leadership based on self-interest and authoritarian behavior, and is poised to become the new paradigm for successful social organizations, such as businesses, NGOs, educational institutions, and sports teams.},
