It is a documentary and analytical study based on theoretical frameworks, previous research, and international statistics on female participation in various sectors. These studies reveal that female leadership is characterized by a more consensus-building, mediating, and humanistic style, although its security and independence are highly questionable. In conclusion, female leadership has made significant progress in visibility and recognition, but it faces barriers that limit full equality. Many of these barriers stem from hierarchical, cultural, or social factors, making its consolidation essential for strengthening training, mentorship, and dedicated public policies, ensuring that diversity translates into real decision-making power.
