Se trata de un estudio de carácter documental y analítico, basado en referencias teóricas, investigaciones previas y estadísticas internacionales sobre la participación femenina desde diferentes espacios. Dentro de estos estudios encontramos que el liderazgo femenino se distingue por un estilo más consensuado, mediador y humanista, aunque muy cuestionables su seguridad e independencia. Como conclusión, el liderazgo femenino ha logrado avances significativos en visibilidad y reconocimiento, aunque enfrenta barreras que limitan la igualdad plena, muchas de ellas nacen desde un perfil jerárquico, cultural o social, por lo que su consolidación requiere fortalecer la formación, mentoría y políticas públicas exclusivas, garantizando que la diversidad se traduzca en poder real de decisión.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">Executive ability.
