This research explores the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction among men aged 18 to 26 working at the Arroz El Dariano company in Nicaragua. A quantitative, cross-sectional, and correlational approach was adopted with a sample of 30 employees. The results show a positive view of the organizational climate and working conditions, with mostly moderate job satisfaction. Training and psychosocial risk were identified as areas for improvement. Statistical analysis using Spearman's rho coefficient did not show a statistically significant relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction (ρ = -0.201; p = 0.287). Therefore, it is concluded that job satisfaction can be influenced by personal and professional factors external to the organizational environment.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">Psychology [BF]</mods:classification><mods:classification authority="lcc">Affection.
