This research evaluated the relationship between stress and job motivation in 30 workers in the mechanical production area of Multiautos de Nicaragua S.A., an operational unit exposed to high technical demands and a heavy workload in their daily tasks. A quantitative, cross-sectional, and correlational design with non-probability sampling was used. Statistical analysis did not reveal a significant correlation between stress and motivation in the evaluated sample; however, the findings served as a fundamental diagnosis indicating that management should implement employee wellness programs, improve incentives, and foster a better work environment—essential actions for regulating stress levels, safeguarding employee health, and stimulating job commitment within the production area and throughout the organization.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">Psychology [BF]</mods:classification><mods:classification authority="lcc">Affection.
